1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Buyorder Manager ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Buyorder Manager is an independent, unofficial tool that helps you automate CSFloat buy orders on your own CSFloat account. It's provided "as is" and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or CSFloat. It depends entirely on CSFloat's website and API behaving as observed - CSFloat can change or break that at any time without notice, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted access to it.

3. Your account

You sign in with Steam. We never see or store your Steam password. You're responsible for keeping access to your Steam account secure, and for making sure your use of the Service complies with Steam's and CSFloat's own terms of use.

4. Your CSFloat API key and funds

The Service acts on CSFloat on your behalf using the API key you provide - reading competing offers and creating, adjusting, or cancelling your buy orders. You are solely responsible for your own CSFloat account, its balance, and any items or funds in it. Before enabling the Service, make sure you understand what it does: it will automatically place and adjust real buy orders, up to the price caps you set.

We are not responsible for trades, purchases, losses, or missed opportunities that result from CSFloat itself, market conditions, bugs or outages on CSFloat's side, or from settings you configured (for example an incorrect price cap, float range, or paint seed).

5. Plans and pricing

The Free plan is free indefinitely. The Trader and Trader Pro plans are currently free while in beta and will become paid plans in the future; pricing and payment details will be published on the site before that happens. Continuing to use a plan after it becomes chargeable means you agree to be billed for it.

6. Payment and cryptocurrency

When paid plans go live, payment is expected to be handled via cryptocurrency.

7. Refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, for any reason, including a change of mind, reduced use of the Service, or dissatisfaction with results.

The one exception: if the Service is unavailable due to an outage on our side for an extended period, we will extend your paid plan by the corresponding amount of time instead of issuing a refund. This is the sole remedy we offer for downtime - contact [email protected] and we'll add the missed time back onto your plan.

8. No guarantee of profit

The Service automates the mechanics of bidding on CSFloat; it does not guarantee that any buy order will win, that you will make a profit, or any other trading outcome. Results depend entirely on market activity on CSFloat, which we don't control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost funds, arising from your use of the Service, misconfiguration, or the actions of CSFloat, Steam, or any third party.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and remove your API key at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or violate Steam's or CSFloat's own terms.

11. Your data

How we collect, use, and let you delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
